Our Story
A little introduction of who we are and what were about…
Hello! We are Alan & Viki, a couple from the UK 🇬🇧 currently travelling and working around the globe with our self converted JDM 🇯🇵 1997 Mitsubishi 4x4 Delica, affectionally named Derry.
Together we backpacked extensively through South East Asia , before quickly moving to West Australia 🇦🇺 in early 2020 when the global pandemic hit. Trapped, this is where we became the proud owners of our little house on wheels. During our time in WA, we progressively outfitted Derry whilst simultaneously living in him for extended periods of time. It wasn't easy doing all this in a foreign country on a severely limited budget but with help from friends and some serious determination we made things work.

Fast forward 5 years we're now residing in Canada 🇨🇦 having traversed tens of thousands of km on paved roads, dirt, snow and sand. Together with Derry we have driven to the tops of mountains, the bottom of canyons, waded numerous rivers and even crossed oceans and continents!
